Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If you wish to cancel your consultation service before we have begun any work on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund under this provision:

- No consultation calls or meetings have taken place
- No research or preparatory work has been initiated on your behalf
- No venue contacts have been made related to your event
Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once consultation services have commenced, cancellation may result in partial refunds based on the work completed. Our team invests significant time and resources in researching venues, contacting partners, and preparing recommendations. If you cancel after services have begun:
- A prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of services completed
- Administrative fees may be deducted from any refund amount
- Research and preparation time already invested is non-refundable
- Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made with adequate notice will be accommodated without penalty. Repeated rescheduling requests or last-minute cancellations may be subject to rescheduling fees.
